During Chinese or Malay festive season, Kueh Momo is a MUST HAVE Snacks. This is my version of Kueh Momo using Buffalo Smart fryer to bake it.
It's simply sweet and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 kg plain flour
1 cup Full cream milk
powder
1 medium can 'QBB' brand
ghee (545gm)
250g icing sugar, and some
icing sugar for coating
Steps:
1) Fried the plain flour in a
wok without added oil, till it dried and fluffy.
2) Add milk powder and icing
sugar into fried flour and mix well.
3) Add Ghee oil to the flour
and form into a dough.
4) Use a 1 tsp spoon to
measure, and roll into a round shape, line on a grease proof paper.
5) Use “Bake” mode, 160 Deg.
For 13 min
Let it cool for few
minutes, and coat with icing sugar. Store in a air-tight container after cooled
completely.
